1. How does the points system work?
Points earn you shares in the Profit Pool. When you refer a new member who purchases the 1 Star Product Package, you are awarded 100 points. When your referral moves from CashLine1 into CashLine2, you earn a further 300 points.

You also earn points when your referrals get paid in CashLine2 and above!

2. Are there any other ways to earn shares in the Profit Pool?
Yes.
Cycling and getting paid in the CashLines also earns you shares in the Profit Pool.

3. What is the Fast Start Incentive?
If you refer two new members who also refer two new members, and you do this within 72 hours of becoming a paid member of CashLines, you will be awarded one share in the Profit Pool for that 30 day period

4. Is there any training?
Yes, we have regular training for members in our online conference room

5. Are there any tools and resources available?
Yes, we have some great resources available for you, both in your members area and in your Products section

6. Why do you use AlertPay?
We use AlertPay because they are one of the largest online payment processors in the world. On top of that they are online business opportunity friendly which works perfectly for us. Once you have your AlertPay account you can withdraw your commissions directly in to your bank account or even on to a Credit or debit card. All transactions are secure with your safety in mind.

7. I have been told that setting up an AlertPay account is difficult and can take weeks, is this true?
Absolutely not. Setting up your account is really easy as long as you follow the simple instructions. To make this easier for you here is a step by step guide to setting up an AlertPay account in a matter of minutes, following the instructions below will also get your account verified as well!

If you don't have an AlertPay account one one will be created for you when you pay your $75.00 to join CashLines. When you arrive on the AlertPay site click the pay by credit card link.

Fill in all the required fields on this page, name address card details etc. Once you have completed all the information his the submit button.
You payment should go through OK!
Once you have your AlertPay Account set up the first thing you need to do is is verify your email by clicking the link in the email AlertPay send you when you set up your account. Simple click the link and you will be logged in to your account automatically.
From the 'My Account' tab'  in the top left hand corner select 'profile'. Under the personal column on the left hand side click 'verification'. Select 'Option C' phone verification. You will be asked to enter your mobile/cell number (it will normally be pre populated for you) check the number is correct and then hit verify. The screen will now be prompting you for a code. In about 5 seconds you will receive an SMS/text message containing a 3 digit code. Enter this code on the webpage and hit enter. You have now successfully carried out phone verification!

Return to the profile page and select 'Credit Cards' from the middle column (you can also go to 'verification' again and select Option B', you end up on the same page). You will see your credit card  listed under 'Credit Card Summary. To the right in the verification column you will see get verified. Click this once, you will get a message that a small 00.1 deposit will be made to your card along with a code. Once you receive your statement or you check online you simply make a note of the 4 digit code mentioned in the transaction it will look like this -

Here you can see the code is 8781. Go back to the page above and in the verification column you will see 'enter verification code' click this link and put your code in the box provided hit submit or enter. That's it your done, you will see that your monthly spend limit has increased from $500/£310 to $1000/£620.

The final part of this process is to add your bank account. Go back to your profile page and select Bank Accounts from the middle column. On the next page select the orange 'Add Account' button, Fill in all the details requested and then submit or hit enter. That's it you are done. You now have a fully verified AlertPay account that you can use for purchases on the Card you added or your AlertPay balance. More importantly you can receive payments or commissions to your AlertPay account and withdraw them to your bank or onto your card. You can add additional cards or bank accounts should you wish to do so.

8. Can I change my sponsor once I have joined Cashlines?
As a general rule, no. Occasionally there may be an exceptional circumstance and we are always happy to look at these on an individual basis

9. How much money can I earn with CashLines?
The sky's the limit. You could earn a very serious income if you choose to put in the effort. Especially in the higher level CashLines. There is nothing to stop you from being paid every single day !

10. Is there a support system in place?
Yes, CashLines prides itself on our support system and most tickets are answered within 24 hours. In fact we even have support for your visitors.

11. Are there any monthly admin fees?
No, not at all. Once you become a paid member of CashLines you need never spend a single cent from your own pocket again. Your replicated website (like this one), your state-of-the-art members back office, and all your products are included in your one-time, low start up cost

12. When did CashLines begin?
CashLines started in February 2011 and launched officially in April 2011.

13. What is CashLine Zero and why was it created?
CashLine Zero is an extra CashLine. A member can join CL Zero by purchasing the Starter Package for just $23

Completing CL Zero gives you an instant commission of $20 but more importantly, places you in CL1. So in fact this is equivalent of $90 earnings

The reason CL Zero was created is because CashLines is a global opportunity and there are many people from around the world for whom even $75 is a huge amount of money. Therefore we have added CL Zero to make CashLines accessible to everyone.

The earnings potential for a member starting in CL Zero is exactly the same as a member starting in CL1. The only difference is that there is an extra step to get to the higher paying CashLines

14. Why does CashLine Zero have 11 spots when all the other CashLines have 7?
To whole idea of CL Zero is to provide as low an entry point as possible. In order to do this it is necessary to have 11 spots on CL Zero. However, bear in mind that a brand new CL Zero starts with 5 spots already complete. So on every CL Zero there are always at least 5 members working to fill the remaining 6 spots

15. Why are the qualifications for CashLine Zero different to the qualifications on all the other CashLines?
There is a very good reason for that...

On CashLine 1 and above, you cannot be 'leapfrogged' over once you have 2 personal referrals.

However, on CL Zero, a member with 3 referrals will actually leapfrog a member with 2, and a member with 4 will leapfrog a member with 3 and so on

The reason for this is because CL Zero is meant to be your fast moving vehicle to the higher CashLines. Some people will join for a 'punt' because it's only $23, whereas others will be serious and want to get to CL1 as quickly as possible. We want THOSE people to be able to move ahead fast and not be held up in any way.

17. Is there an extra purchase to make in order to enter the SuperLines?
No, your entry to the SuperLines is automatic and does not cost you anything. It's your reward for building a team in CashLines

18. How do we move up to the higher level CashLines?
CashLines 3, 4 and 5 are optional. If you wish to take full advantage of the plan, you will probably want to progress to the higher level lines. You can do this at any time by simply clicking the 'opt-in' button in your back office.
